What can I say! Sales have far exceeded our expectations!
At present we've sold over two hundred DVD's!

Thank you to each and every person who purchased a DVD, your support is really appreciated by everyone connected with ForzaTV.
Thank you also to the staff at the Glentoran Superstore at Connswater, Podium 4 Sport, Sinclairs Newsagents and Newtownards Maxol Garage.

DVD's are now only available from the Glentoran Superstore and online from forzatv.net.

We've already put the profits to good use, buying, a hard drive for our main camera, a projector & screen and a second camera.

Videos
As you can see the video links at the left hand side of the site have changed.
Unfortunately we seem to have become a victim of our own success (nearly 90,000 views of our videos last season alone).
Toward the end of last season we received an email from the company we used to host our videos. They informed us that they would not be willing to continue hosting our videos (we were paying approx £75 per year) as out of their 200,000 customers ForzaTV was using 30% of their total bandwidth!

After extensive research it became clear it was going to cost between £2500-£3500 per year for the level of hosting that the site now demands.
If anyone out there is involved in IT etc and can offer any help/solutions give us a shout:)

It became clear that the only viable option was to host our videos with YouTube.

Although YouTube has a maximum video length of 10 minutes there are positives to come out of the move;
Videos will be of at least the same quality as last season and may load quicker.
All videos will be available to view on forzatv.net as well as our YouTube page here
The fact it's free means we can invest in the new equipment already listed in this update.
Our videos will available to a wider audience making it easier to spread the Glentoran word.
We will be able to keep all our videos online all of the time.
We are going to trial broadcasting in High Definition.

Site
We will be making a few small cosmetic changes to the site over the summer but intend to keep everything online while we carry out the work.
